Policy

Refund Policy: There is a 15% non-refundable fee should the client wish to cancel the event after confirmation of a contract.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive an 85% refund. Cancellations made between 29 to 7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.
